Each piece has been artistically restored, modified, or upcycled to create a one-of-a-kind item.
Custom Handbag Agreement:
By commissioning a custom handbag, the client agrees to the following terms:
Custom Bag Orders
We offer custom artwork and restoration services for clients who would like a one-of-a-kind handbag created specifically for them.
Custom projects may include:
Client-owned handbags sent in for customization
Sourcing an authentic handbag on your behalf.
Custom Order Process
Creating a custom handbag is a collaborative and personalized experience. Each piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted to ensure it reflects both artistry and individuality.
Step 1 - Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision. During this stage, we discuss:
Artwork ideas and style
Whether you are sending in your own bag or would like us to source one
This ensures your custom piece is designed exactly to your preferences.
Step 2- Bag must be paid in full
To begin your custom project, the bag must be paid in full. Once we receive your payment, you have 24 hours to cancel your order to receive a full refund. After 24 hours, the payment is non-refundable.
Step 3 - Design & Approval
Once the bag is paid in full, we finalize the concept for your handbag. This may include:
Design direction
Artwork details
Materials and upgrades
Our goal is to ensure the final vision is aligned before the transformation begins.
We will email you a final draft of what your custom design will look like on the bag before we begin the design. You will either approve or submit changes; upon final approval, we will move forward with the custom design.

Step 4 - Creation
Your handbag is carefully restored and artistically reimagined using premium materials and craftsmanship. This process includes:
Restoration and preparation of the bag
Artwork application
Hardware and leather upgrades
Each piece is completed with attention to detail to ensure a truly one-of-a-kind result.
Step 5- Completion & Delivery
Once your custom handbag is finished, Your completed piece will then be carefully packaged and sent to you via FedEx where a signature is required upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to be present when the bag is delivered. We will update tracking info as it becomes available.

Authenticity:
All handbags used in our designs are authentic, pre-owned luxury items either provided by the client or sourced independently.
Shop with confidence! Each bag includes a certificate of authenticity. We stand behind each piece being 100% authentic or your money back. We do not and will not ever source, sell or do work of any kind on replicas. If you send in your personal bag, it must be authentic.
Our company is not affiliated with or endorsed by any luxury brand.
Client-Owned Bags
If the client sends their own bag:
The bag must be authentic.
The client understands that restoration and artwork permanently alter the item.
We are not responsible for pre-existing wear, damage, or structural weaknesses.
Creative Rights:
Our company maintains creative direction over the final artistic execution while honoring the client's requested vision.
Payment Terms
For custom orders, the order must be paid in full before the customization process begins. Failure to complete payment may result in delays.
By placing your Custom order or purchasing a bag that's ready to ship, you are in agreement with all the above policies, terms and conditions.

Sales & Custom Order Policy
All Sales Are Final
If you place a custom order, you have 24 hours to cancel your order (after the final draft is approved to receive a full refund). We must receive your cancelation in writing to vintageluxrebag@gmail.com.
If you purchase a bag thats ready to ship, (bags that have already been upcycled), the sale is final. No refunds, returns or exchanges on ready to ship bags).
Due to the customization process and one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items. Each handbag is individually restored and artistically reimagined, making every piece unique.
